Support Horizons Foundation's 2012 Gala Dinner and Casino Party by becoming a gala Event Captain!

Event Captains have the option of purchasing an entire group of 10 tickets or, ideally, referring their friends and family who will become Horizons donors by purchasing their own tickets to the gala. Event Captains will be acknowledged as either Table Captains or Party Captains in event materials.

• Table captains commit to selling or purchasing 10 tickets to the dinner and casino party at $250 each.
• Party captains commit to selling or purchasing 10 tickets to the casino party at $75 each.

As an Event Captain, your leadership and personal commitment will inspire your friends to support LGBT organizations and causes. Together, you will contribute to making the gala evening a night to remember.
